Smoked Roast Beef | French Dip | Cooked on Weber Kettle

The ole roast beef sandwich or french dip, in this case, is a favorite of mine. Smoked roast beef may not be roast beef, but a smoked french dip is better than oven cooked. It's simple. Pick you up abroast from a cow. Top round, bottom round, or as here a tender roast. Seasonings are what you have in the cabinet. Salt, pepper, and garlic. Smoke at 250° until you reach an internal of 129° a For the ju, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and a little Worcestershire. That's it. Enjoy. And if you're reading this, I truly appreciate you. Means alot that you stopped by. Have a blessed week.
