Honey Sriracha Wing Recipe

This Honey Sriracha Wing recipe has became a MOJO favorite. Smoked with cherry and fried for that perfect crispy skin. If you are looking for the best Honey Sriracha Wing recipe, look no further, MOJO has you covered.

Start of by getting your chicken wings in a dry brine. We use Tennessee MOJO BBQ and Tennessee MOJO Beef sealed in a ziploc bag. Let the wings hang out in the fridge for two hours to soak in that awesome flavor.

Fire up the Weber Kettle with the Vortex to 350 degrees. Place wings around the edges and cook with a chunk of cherry for 45 minutes or until you reach an internal temp of 175-180 degrees.

Honey Sriracha Sauce:

1 stick of butter

1/3 cup of honey

1/4 cup sriracha

2 tbsp of pickle juice

1 tbsp of soy sauce

Combine in sauce pan over medium low heat until you have a good simmer.

Once wings hit desired internal, bring oil up to 350 degrees. Fry wings for 1 minute to achieve perfect crispiness.

Toss wings in the sauce and enjoy!
