   In 2013, after years of cooking BBQ at home, I decided to try my hand at cooking against the pros. Not having a smoker big enough for a contest,I took a month and built one out of a toolbox. My wife and I cooked our first contest and walked away with Reserve Grand Champion. We were hooked and Tennessee MOJO

was born.

  Over the past few years, and several different

cookers, we have competed in many contests

in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Missouri, and

Illinois.  We've been blessed to hear our name, make

top ten, even earn some Grands and Reserve

Grands. First Place Rib 2019, Tenth Place Rib 2018,

and First Place Poultry 2016 in the Memphis in May 

World Championship are our most cherished wins. With these wins we now have an Award winning BBQ RUB to share with you.
